We can never fully count on our weather being fine here in the Wakatip, so for Carly's wedding in February this year at beautiful Thurlby Domain on Speargrass Flat Rd.... thank goodness for the Stables!!! The months of planning the outdoor ceremony beside the historic ruins under the ancient trees all went out the window when the rain poured and poured all day long - but nothing was going to stop us from creating a magical setting for Carly within the old Stables located within metres of the originally planned ceremony location.
A few candles nestled amongst the nooks in the stone walls, a carpet runner to save the dress , some petals and of course our lovely Chiavari Chairs all completed the scene and Carly and her guests were overwhelmed with the rustic yet romantic setting.
